DP120MN/3/PR was created to satisfy even the most demanding producer of special hot steel large pieces, frequently used in petrochemical, oil, gas, offshore, energy fields.

With its 12000 Tons, it automatically produces carbon steel components up to 2000 Kg. The management is controlled by a computer system.

DP120MN/3/PR was conceived from the standpoint of energy saving and thanks to its latest generation hydrodynamic system, it uses the energy from water in order to develop its 12000 Ton.

The automatic upper and lower molds change allows, with only three operations, to complete the transformation of the processed component.

The loading, under press handling, and unloading manipulator optimises management by reducing production costs.

The rotary table allows printing also those components that are larger than the range of the press by using the automatic forging mode.
